AltoIRA is to provide customers with a streamlined, user-friendly platform for managing Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). By simplifying the investment process, improving accessibility, and enhancing user engagement, AltoIRA aims to empower users to make informed financial decisions, maximize their retirement savings, and achieve long-term financial security.
The goal of this project was to enhance the Alto IRA platform by resolving identified user pain points and optimizing the user experience through a comprehensive design process. This involved a systematic approach to design tasks, where I identified key issues and proposed solutions that aligned with the platform's objectives, such as improving accessibility and user engagement. My design process covered user research, user persona development, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, usability testing, and design iterations. Through this iterative process, I tested and validated these solutions, refining them based on user feedback. Collaboration was a crucial aspect, as I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to develop and integrate these design improvements.
